What were your friends like in high school?

Seeing that I left school early, I only had a few. They were mostly from when I was younger.

One friend would come over, and we would sit in Gordon’s car telling ghost stories.

Once I left school, there were friends at Barbours Spice. Later, I had more at the orphanage.

We would go to dances.

There was one girl. We didn’t get along. Hated each other, really. We would cross to the other side of the road to avoid the other.

Years later, she started working at the orphanage. We became good friends.

Just goes to show that you never know.
